Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment preparation, cancellation requests may no longer be available.

Please be aware that payment providers apply transaction processing fees at the time of purchase. When a refund is requested by the customer, a 5% processing charge will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is collected by PayPal and is not reimbursed to merchants when a transaction is refunded.
